As might have been predicted, Fox News host Maria Bartiromo on Sunday eagerly seized on a “report” from the Republican majority on the House Judiciary Committee asserting that Donald Trump’s prosecution is inescapably political. But committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) was perhaps not prepared for where Bartiromo took the conversation.
